Yes, you need an active CPA Canada PEG subscription license to purchase Caseware ReviewComp. The PEG subscription contains the methodology which supports the content for both Reviews and Compilations, which are included in your purchase.

Can a firm use a PACT subscription to purchase Caseware ReviewComp?

A PACT license is not a substitute for a PEG license. You need an active PEG subscription license.
